Join us in August to Exhibit at the Conference! You are sure to get exposure and recognition for your product or organization! There will be plenty of time available for the attendees to check out your products and services. E-mail vendors@VaHomeschoolers.org for details.
This is an excellent way to put information about your organization in the hands of our attendees! The Conference Program will be kept as a reference for years to come. If you cannot attend the conference, advertising in our handbook will still help attendees learn about your products and services. If you are at the conference, a special note in your ad can direct people right to your booth.
Conference program ad space reservations are first come, first served. The deadline is July 1, 2004. Those received later will be placed at the editors discretion, if there is still time and space.

At registration, attendees/families will receive a limited edition VaHomeschoolers canvas tote bag with information about the conference, catalogues, flyers, and advertisements. Exhibitors and other businesses can use bag inserts as an inexpensive way to reach a large number of homeschooling families. Attendees of VaHomeschoolerss previous conferences say they take these bags home and share the information with their support groups, independent study groups, family, friends, etc., thereby increasing the number of people you reach and maximizing your advertising dollars.
For a flat rate of $50.00, VaHomeschoolers will include you brochure, ad, or small catalogue (up to 50 pages) in our custom canvas tote bags.

As an added bonus to Exhibitors and Program Booklet Advertisers, VaHomeschoolers will include a link to your website on our website. The links will go up in the order paid and received, and they will remain on the website from the time your application is accepted through the middle of August 2005. In addition, we will list participating vendors in our newsletter and in our email Updates. Please be sure to write down your website address on the Total Fees Worksheet if you would like to be included.
