Your Resource. Your Voice. Your Association.

VaHomeschoolers' Conference and Resource Fair is perfect for the entire family. Each registrant receives free admission to the Children's Museum of Richmond (passes must be requested) and the Science Museum of Virginia (be sure to make time to learn about the sweet science behind your favorite treat at the SMV's Candy Unwrapped exhibit).
We also offer the following fantastic Family Programming throughout the day.
Note: These programs will be held in intimate settings with limited seating. No preregistration is available so plan to arrive early for a seat.
If you've read the Chronicles of Narnia, or seen the recent movie, you won't want to miss the story of the life of author C.S. Lewis, dramatically told by professional storyteller and entrepreneur Karen Rhodes, complete with props. A program for the whole family! Enter through the wardrobe to learn the highlights of Lewis' life, the times he lived in, and the inspiration for his famous books. Recommended for adults and children eight and up. Children must be accompanied by a parent.
