"Tour Guides" Bring Passport Theme to Life
A Creative Volunteer Opportunity for Teens and Families

Interested in other cultures? VaHomeschoolers need some teens or families to coordinate the preparation of country stations for our Passport to Adventure program.

Volunteers will choose a country or region and create a tabletop display that includes a game and/or craft from the country. The activity will be set up all day on Saturday but will be staffed by various volunteers (you won't be stuck there all day or even at all if you don't want to be.) Participants will visit your "country" to play the game or make the craft. Upon completion, the tour guide for your country, will stamp their passport with a flag sticker from your country. Craft supplies will be acquired by VaHomeschoolers or reimbursed upon prior approval.

For more information and to sign up to participate, contact Bronwyn McIntosh.
