Don't despair! It is not too late!
We will accept walk-in registrations the days of the conference. Mail-in registration has ended. Just bring the completed registration forms with you to the Science Museum of Virginia on Friday or Saturday (and if you head out the door and realize that you have forgotten the form, don’t worry, we will have them available at check in).
At this time, there should be room in most larger sessions, including Dr. Thomas Armstrong's keynote, Awakening the Genius in Every Child.
A few smaller roundtable sessions are closed (Homeschooling with Infants and Toddlers, Montessori in the Home and Trickster Tales).

Each person attending must select one of the following registration options:
Includes admission to up to five sessions in addition to the Friday Beginning Homeschooling Session, admission to the Resource Fair, free admission to the Science Museum and participation in the Friday evening "Tropical Treats" Party . At least ONE person per family must pay FULL registration unless registering for Resource Fair Only.
Includes admission to one session in addition to the Friday Beginning Homeschooling Session, admission to the Resource Fair, free admission to the Science Museum, and participation in the Friday evening "Tropical Treats" Party . Limited admission may be purchased only for additional family members. At least ONE person per family must pay full admission. If more than one person wants to attend all sessions, they each need to register for FULL admission.

Youth are those from 3 - 18 years old. Children under 3 enter free.
Please Note: The Science Museum of Virginia requires that all youth under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a caretaker over the age of 12.
Registration is FREE (but registration is required).
Just a few easy forms and a quick questionnaire
If reading through the session descriptions has left you eager to reserve yourself a spot, you may want to start by filling out the Session Sign-up Form. Don't forget to choose both a first and second choice for each time slot and for every member of your group/household. Every effort is made to accommodate your selection. Of course, the best way to ensure that you'll get to hear the speakers you've selected is to REGISTER EARLY.
Now if you're the type that likes to give yourself a little more time to gather your thoughts before choosing your conference sessions then you may want to start by filling out the Primary Group Contact Form. It helps provide VaHomeschoolers with a primary contact person for all those registering with you, in case we need to reach anyone in your group.
What's up with the On-line ID? Many homeschoolers form friendships with others through their on-line groups and recognize one another easily that way. Because of this, our members have asked to provide for them the option to list their on-line ID (or screen name) on their conference name tags.
In our on-going efforts to use our resources in the most efficient ways possible, VaHomeschoolers would appreciate your feedback on a few short questions. The more closely we can target our members by where and how they get their information, the less money we spend doing so.
Here's the primary form you'll use to tell us who is attending from your family or group and the type of registration they need. If you'd like to use this opportunity to make a specific donation towards differing the costs of the Tropical Treats party, and/or a general cash donation, simply make note of the amount at the bottom of this form and add it to your total. It will be well-used and greatly appreciated! If you happen to be filling this form out after June 15, 2007, than this is also the place to make note of any late fees that apply to your group's registration.
This quick list of attendees from your group/family allows us to create the all-essential, must-be-worn-at-all-times; Name Tag! New this year: the option to list your On-line ID/Screen name.
This quick and easy form will let you and your whole family/group have a delicious and wholesome lunch brought right to you. Due to the volume of orders, we can't offer substitutions on the lunch contents. The last day to order these lunches is July 1st.
