A party for all conference attendees and their families, (not just hotel guests), will be held at the Holiday Inn I-64 West End/ Crossroads on the evening of July 20.
Holiday Inn I-64 West End/Crossroads is our "Host Hotel", and will serve as a location for conference-related events. It is located only 2 miles from the Science Museum of Virginia. Out-of-town conference speakers and leaders will be staying here.

Discount room rate: $75.00 plus tax, (currently 13%)
Two doubles or one king.
Rollaway available for $15.00 fee. Outdoor pool.

For an extra fee of $5.00, you may request a room equipped with microwave and refrigerator, but only 30 such rooms are available, so reserve early.
Group rates do not include the "kids eat free program" or priority club points and perks.
Hotel restaurant will open for breakfast at 6:30 am on July 20 and 21, and at 7 am July 22.
Cancel 48 hours before scheduled arrival to avoid being charged one night's room and tax. (Obtain cancellation number)
